Group Bussing
For large groups, bussing form a drop off and pick up location will be coordinated. Emails with information are sent our for each specific group.
Car Pooling
- Designate a Car Pool Coordinator
- Get list of students. Include contact info
- Get list of drivers. Include how many passengers, and contact info.
- Assign Students to Drivers.
- Set departure time, and location. Arrive at least 30min before departure time and dates.
*There are several phone apps, and websites that are great at helping too. Most are free, or charge a small fee.
